Audience-led digital product partnerships
We find the opportunity in your comments, DMs, and recurring questions, then research, build, and launch it with you. You keep the majority of the revenue. We earn only when the product sells.
“Can you show us exactly how you prep the whole week?”
“I need the shopping list, not another recipe.”
“Would you make a version for a family of four?”

01 — How it works
We do the research and production work. You bring the expertise, the audience relationship, and the final say.
We study recurring questions, comments, DMs, and content patterns to find the problem worth solving.
A product worth testingWe test the idea, choose the format, set the positioning, and design a product that fits your authority.
A clear product briefWe create the product and launch assets, release it to your audience, and improve it with real feedback.
A launch-ready product02 — The partnership
You retain the voice and final say. We handle research, product development, launch, and improvement.
Before anything gets built, we agree the scope, ownership, costs, approvals, and revenue share—in plain language.
See the important questions03 — Illustrative example
When the same question keeps returning, it may point to a problem worth solving—and a product worth building.
Illustrative concept—not a client result or earnings claim.
A recurring pattern identified across comments, replies, and saved posts.
Position the creator's process as a repeatable household system.
A practical meal-planning and preparation system built around the creator's method.
04 — Before we begin
Before anyone commits, the responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
The creator owns the finished product, including the product concept, educational material, brand, and expertise behind it. The product is created for the creator’s audience and hosted through the creator’s business account.
We retain ownership of our internal systems, processes, templates, and operating methods used to research, build, and launch it.
The split is agreed before any work begins and depends on the scope of the partnership, the product, and each person’s contribution.
For a new product, a typical starting structure is 70% to the creator and 30% to the operator. The creator brings the audience, expertise, and trust. We bring the research, product development, marketing, launch execution, and operational work.
The agreed percentage, products covered, platform fees, refunds, and payment terms are all written into the partnership agreement.
The creator is not expected to build the product or manage the launch alone.
Your role is to provide the expertise, answer key questions, review and approve the direction, and contribute the agreed content or appearances needed to make the product genuinely yours. We handle the research, structure, product development, copy, launch assets, and operational execution.
The exact time commitment depends on the product format and is agreed before we begin. We do not expect weeks of work before there is evidence that the audience wants the product.
There is no guaranteed result, but we do not build blindly. We validate the audience demand and test the offer before committing to a full product build wherever possible.
If the initial launch does not gain traction, we review the demand signal, positioning, offer, and launch execution. From there, we may improve the product, reposition it, test a different launch angle, pause it, or decide not to continue.
There are no upfront fees, so the creator is not paying us for an unsuccessful launch. The partnership is built around shared upside, which means we only earn when the product generates revenue.
The exit terms are agreed before work begins and included in the partnership agreement.
That agreement covers notice periods, unfinished work, existing customers, active sales, product access, marketing assets, and any revenue generated after the partnership ends. Customers who have already purchased must continue receiving what they paid for.
Ending the working relationship should not create confusion for the creator, the operator, or the customers. Everything is defined in writing before the first product is built.

See if we’re a fit“We study the questions, requests, and problems coming from your audience to find the strongest product opportunity.
You bring the expertise and audience relationship. We research the opportunity, create the product, and lead the launch.
Every partnership begins with a transparent process, clear responsibilities, agreed ownership, and a written agreement.”
Start with what they keep asking
Tell us who you help, what they repeatedly ask, and why you think there may be something worth building.
The best fit is a creator with an audience that trusts them, expertise worth packaging, and questions that keep coming back.
Every application is reviewed by a person.
If there is a fit, we reply with a clear next step.
